Please provide us with the card reader code (1 letter, AZ) and the card number for all replacement card orders.
How to find the code or card number:
You will find the code on the reader in the laundry room.

The card number can be seen at the top right of the card.

If the card cannot be found and the administration/caretaker does not have a list, the system must be checked by an electrician.
